We have just launched a new menu with Chef Stephane’s new hits! After your many requests, the Bar-Roque Grill team has put together a new menu with brand new dishes such as Lamb Shoulder cooked in crust of salt, Beef Wellington and pan seared Foie Gras and Challand Duck “tournedos rossini “ served with chanterelles sauce. We have also brought back the Cous Cous Royale, where we cook up a whole lamb.

It’s available on the third week of every month, from 22 February, with only 42 portions available.
